BERUC
The first summer, when reptiles prepare to shed their skin, temperatures begin to rise and rainfall reduces. Noongar people burnt mosaic sections of scrub land with fire-stick farming. An abundance of food was found along coastal lakes and river estuaries.
The Moodjar or WA Christmas Tree are considered sacred to the #Noongar people, holding special spiritual significance as the keep of spirits of those who have passed. They flower throughout Beruc and can be found in abundance in #MountainCountryWA
